Signing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between MDC Pusrawi with Superbig Capital Berhad

The MDC Asia Link Berhad (MALB) as the mother company of MDC Pusrawi, represented by the founder and CEO, Dr Aslan Bacho and the SuperBig Capital Berhad, represented by CEO and founder, Dr Wan Sazrina Dato Wan Zaid, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Monday, July 26, 2021. The MoU signing took place at MALB Office in MDC Kota Damansara, Sunway Giza at 11am.

The signing of the MOU occurred on the margins of non – exclusive collaboration between Pusrawi Hospital under MALB and SuperBig Capital Berhad. In the interest of building Community Pharmacy, that will not only serve the Pusrawi Hospital as the Hospital Pharmacy, named Pusrawi-Superbig Pharmacy Sdn Bhd, it would later be serving the community and became pharmacy chain.

It is the aims in our 3 years plans that’s the Pusrawi-Superbig Pharmacy Sdn. Bhd to become the brands of its own. In addition, when either company require their IPO, Pusrawi – Superbig Pharmacy will become their subsidiaries.

The MOU will leverage each agency’s comparative advantage to support high-quality and sustainable development outcomes in this partnership through effective and accountable governance of the business.

Prior to signing the MOU, CEO Dr Aslan Bacho and CEO Dr Wan Sazrina Dato” Wan Zaid have a time for brief exchanged of views on the healthcare industry situation currently. Saying that, this collaboration also would like to belief by this collaboration, both companies can contribute more during this pandemic crisis. With this collaboration, we can cater bigger patients for their medical treatments, give public easier access to medical supply needed.
